This morning we all woke up to hear the rain bouncing down and the wind rattling the windows.
However by the time we met for morning prayer the rain had cleared and we’d only been left with strong gusty wind.
The remainder of the day was spent in the strong sunshine with a gusty wind.
Lunch and the rosary was celebrated at St Cuthbert’s Cave before the group walked downhill into Fenwick.
We were blessed with our first sight of the sea and Lindisfarne our destination for tomorrow. So ended another splendid day!
